I am nominating Jen for several reasons. Every interaction I have had with Jen over the years has been nothing less than uplifting. We collaborate between departments on our bladder instillations, port access, and occasionally supplies. Whether it is a random email, a phone call, or a face-to-face interaction, she is always so pleasant! She communicates professionally and effectively. She carries a beautiful aura that instills a sense of safety and peace. This has made me feel proud to work for the organization that she is a part of. In day-to-day life, it also provides a level of comfort that I cherish for my family. I know that if we need some sort of surgical intervention, everything will be taken care of. It is evident she is also a great leader. I have had both professional and personal interactions with family members in the Surgery Center. The entire staff exudes kindness, safety, and excellent care. They are the definition of care above all. John C. Maxwell said, "A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."
