The empathy Jennifer has is a trait that cannot be taught.  Throughout clinical experiences,  Jennifer has interacted with patients in such a compassionate manner.  Jennifer is competent in providing patient-centered care and she takes her time to listen to patients to determine their needs and how best to address them.
Jennifer is everything that the University of Maryland School of Nursing represents.  She is a great team player, constantly volunteering for experiences which creates a better learning environment for not only herself, but those around her.  Jennifer is knowledgeable and most importantly she is compassionate and possess traits that nurses cannot be taught.
