From the moment she began caring for our family member, she not only provided exceptional clinical care but also made it a priority to ensure our entire family felt informed, supported, and understood every step of the journey we were on. She took the time to explain complex medical information with patience and clarity, helping us navigate decisions and understand what was happening.
