Jennifer was so great in every way. She always ensured my grandpa was taken care of, but more than that, she would take the time to talk and joke with him and was so patient with him to listen to him and try to respond. She also took the time to teach him and me tricks to make things easier. Overall, she was just amazing, and we can't thank her enough! She took the time to make us feel more like her friends rather than someone she was taking care of, all while staying professional. It's been a joy getting to know her and learn from her.
