I want to nominate Jen for the DAISY Award in recognition of her exceptional dedication and outstanding care as a nurse. During my time in the Research Department, I have witnessed Jen's unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality care while always prioritizing the patient's experience. As I have been training in this new role, I've had the privilege of learning from Jen, whose compassion and expertise are evident in everything she does. Jen consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the studies they are considering, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable. Despite her demanding schedule, Jen is always willing to support her colleagues, offering assistance whenever needed. Whether I'm unsure how to approach a task or seeking advice on best practices, she consistently makes time to collaborate, share her knowledge, and offer guidance. When I first joined the team, I was apprehensive about working with new colleagues, knowing the importance of having a supportive team.
