I would like to recognize Jennie for the exceptional care she provided to my husband during an incredibly difficult and frightening time for our family. My husband became sick very quickly, and the suddenness and uncertainty of his condition left us overwhelmed and scared.

From the very beginning, Jennie stood out as a nurse who truly loves what she does. She anticipated my husband's needs before they even arose and was always prepared, even for the unthinkable. Her calm presence and attentiveness brought comfort during moments when everything felt out of control.

Jennie kept us informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain what was happening in a way I could understand, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. During such a scary and unknown time, her clear communication, compassion, and reassurance meant more than words can express.

Jennie's dedication, empathy, and professionalism made a profound difference in our experience. We are deeply grateful for the care she provided, and she truly embodies everything the DAISY Award represents.
