Jennifer C Smith, RN

I would like to recognize my favorite nurse, Jen, for consistently going above and beyond for her patients. She treats everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect, making even the hardest days a little easier. Her positive attitude, dedication, and genuine care never go unnoticed.

She not only provides excellent nursing care but also makes patients and families feel heard, supported, and valued. She is truly an inspiration to those around her and represents what nursing is all about.

Jen is my work mom; not only does she help me with my personal life, but she also helps me here! She has taught me more things than a care partner ever has. She works her butt off to make sure these patients are taken care of and also her fellow coworkers.

She does not get enough credit for the things she does for our floor and hospital. She not only does her job but also helps wherever she can. She will help CPs, Nurses, Doctors, etc. She does not get enough credit, as I said, and does not believe anyone really notices, but we all do! So, I think Jen is the best nurse and person for this DAISY Award.

Jen is a great help to her patients and co-workers. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Jen makes sure that the job gets done and done right, no matter how long it takes.
