Jenn is an overwhelmingly passionate caregiver. She cares about her patients, and she cares about her hospital team just as vehemently. Recently, a patient was having trouble getting home with the oxygen she needed because her current DME provider has a new charge when they deliver tanks to patients in the hospital.

The patient could not afford the hefty sum. It was the weekend, and the ALF staff could not bring her a tank from her apartment. There appeared to be few options. The case manager on for the weekend reached out to the team via GroupMe to help her solve this dilemma. Unsurprisingly, Jenn, even though she was not working that day, replied right away that she would be in the area shortly and would be happy to stop into the ALF and retrieve the tank. She brought it to the hospital for the patient for a safe transfer home.

This is just one short example of many times Jenn has gone above and beyond to support a patient and her team. She is a formidable advocate for patients and staff. She promulgates a desire for everyone she serves to have the best she can offer.
