I met Jennie Taylor when I first came to triage for complications; I saw her almost every time I came to triage. She remembered me every time. She greeted me, asked me how I was, and looked after me. She cared.

When I came into triage for the last time, I found out I was being induced. Jennie wasn't there that day, but the next day she saw my name and came to my room to check on me. She remembered what I wanted to name my son; she remembered everything, and that means the world to me.

When my labor got rough, Jennie was there. I requested that she be in the room with me because a familiar face helped me. She was there. Jennie calmed me down when I had anxiety attacks; she listened to my concerns, and she helped me with any questions I had concerning my birth. She came to see my baby after he was born. I appreciate her. She's the sweetest person I've ever met in a hospital setting, and she reminds me of a mother figure. I felt safe around her.

Thank you, Jennie, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
