"Jenna is an extremely kind and competent ICU nurse. She went above and beyond while caring for our very ill brother. She demonstrates extraordinary patience and was empathetic at all times. I was touched by her gentleness to our brother, and to us, it meant a great deal. She provided great comfort to all of us during a serious crisis. I myself am in healthcare and have not seen such exemplary care. Jenna deserves recognition for being such a special nurse!"
"Unfortunately, our brother became terminally ill, and Jenna was one of the nurses who cared for him. She was totally attentive to his needs as a human being, offering him compassion and attention to his many needs. She also spoke with us in an understanding and kind way. Jenna is a talented and patient nurse who really makes the patients’ needs her priority. We as a family are so appreciative of the way that she helped our brother in a professional yet so gentle and kind way."
"My mother was transferred to the medical unit from the ICU after having a PE. We were all so scared and unsure of her future. Jenna provided such stability for my family during our time in the ICU. She took time to explain all the medical details during a time when our brains were rattled. One thing I remember is how she taught my mom how to advocate for herself, which is something she struggles with. Jenna was very compassionate with not only my mom, but with our family as a whole."
