My father recently found out he needed open-heart surgery. Before surgery, he spent his time under Jenna’s care. His stay fell on Christmas. Jenna made sure my dad was in the best care. She primarily worked the night shift and spent a lot of time with my father; even when visiting hours were over and his family went home.

My father had trouble sleeping at night, so Jenna would talk with him, making his nights in the hospital less lonely. She made him feel comfortable and put his mind at ease the nights leading up to his surgery. She was always professional and deserves this award for her hard work, dedication, and compassion.

Our family is very thankful that my father was under her care. Congratulations to Jenna Casey from unit 2600.
