Jenifer Hoffman was super busy in the Emergency Room and still took time to make sure I was completely comfortable. I was in severe pain and needed pain meds. I have a port and sometimes it is very difficult to get started. I have pancreatitis and it causes many rough days. Jenifer made sure everyone wore their mask. She also has had me before and did not judge me for coming into the ER. I was in the ER for close to five hours and there were many patients. Jenifer never came in not interested in what I needed to make myself comfortable.
