Our family suffered a tremendous tragedy, and we lost a beloved daughter and sister. She was in the SICU, and we had simply been waiting for a miracle. We received a miracle in the form of our nurse Jenifer. She was so amazing throughout the entire process.

There were many moments when our family was confused or had questions, and she was so kind and informative. She took the time after her shift to find my family and provide more support and kindness. We have been at the hospital 24 hours a day for nearly 4 days while waiting for our daughter/sister to pull through, and Jenifer was a ray of sunshine in a dark place.
