Jeff Petry, RN

I am honored to commend Jeff Petry. There is something profoundly human about the way Jeff practices nursing. He recognizes that behind every diagnosis is a person who may be scared, overwhelmed, or vulnerable, and he meets them exactly where they are, with empathy and patience.

Jeff is also one of the most intentional and encouraging coworkers I have ever met; no matter how busy the shift, he lifts others up, offers support without being asked, and strengthens the entire team simply by the way he shows up. He embodies the heart of nursing – compassion, presence, and selflessness- and leaves a lasting impact on everyone around him. There are many great nurses, but very few make people feel the way Jeff does. He truly deserves this recognition. Jeff is one of a kind!
