Even though she manages a large group of nurses, she always has the time to answer a question, hear an idea or help in whatever way you need her to.
Jean leads her clinical team with extraordinarily clear and compassionate guidance, consistently striking a balance of empathy and patient- and customer-centered mission.
Our work is increasingly challenging, with fewer resources and compressed timelines, yet Jean demonstrates a calm, capable approach that helps her team and colleagues stay focused on what's necessary for completion.
She adjusts her strategies for each of her staff members depending on the situation and the person's needs, proving herself as adept with a brand new Oracle staff member as she is with our most senior clinical consultants.
She has had tough conversations when needed, always maintaining respect for the individual and ensuring that the team's standards are met.
I was so surprised to learn Jean has never been awarded the DAISY recognition, as she personifies all of the criteria listed and has done so for the fifteen years I have been her colleague.

Jean is the epitome of a nurse leader! She is very well respected by all of those that she manages, as well as by other Oracle management people and those in executive roles.

I am so proud and blessed to have her as my manager! She is extremely knowledgeable on the Clairvia solution and she has a way of making even the most difficult task seem manageable.
She has a great rapport with all of the customers that we work with and is a wealth of knowledge on them as well. She is always looking for and seeking our opinions/thoughts on how to improve our solution, or how to make the delivery of it easier on the customers.
Her passion for her work is infectious!! She is by far the best manager I have ever had!

Jean Livermore, Senior Manager, Clinical Consulting, has a management style every employee hopes for. She is patient, respectful, clearly communicates expectations, and empowers her team to be independent.
Jean creates an environment where concerns can be voiced freely and actively supports her team in navigating challenges, prioritizing the needs of her team and our clients.
For example, when we recently went through a series of back-to-back training sessions for the VA and multiple team members called out sick, Jean immediately stepped in to lead the sessions herself, ensuring our training stayed on track and our clients' needs were met without interruption.
In alignment with Oracle Health's mission/vision, Jean is committed to leveraging our solutions to help clients meet ever-changing patient demands and align nursing personnel through their adoption of our solutions.
Jean seeks opportunities to improve our implementation process. Most recently, she submitted a proposal to AI Factory to improve our acuity mapping process. Her initiative was approved, and the new automation tool will be moving to production this month.
This advancement will save our team significant time on acuity mapping for our clients, increasing efficiency and allowing us to better serve their needs.
