Jean consistently works hard to accommodate all staff requests while balancing the needs of the unit/patients we serve.  She does this equally for all with few denials, juggling things constantly.  I think we humans may tend to take her and her effort for granted, not knowing that other industry leaders may not have the same dedication to serving their teams.
