JC took care of my husband when he was admitted for a pacemaker. JC was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The best nurse we've ever had. He was very good at explaining things and answering questions. He was very professional, with a wonderful bedside manner. His confidence gave us confidence and a sense of calm, which we appreciated.
