Jaymie exemplifies all the qualities of an extraordinary nurse leader. Jaymie leads by example, demonstrating strong character and integrity in all she does. Jaymie mentors those around her to grow into the best version of themselves. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care.

She has worked closely with the Med A team to raise the quality of care provided for the medical patients. Jaymie has developed a program for orienting new nurse leaders to help them navigate the intricacies of the Providence system.  Through this program, she has established mentors, preceptors, and classes to ensure new leaders are set up for success in a very demanding environment.

Jaymie embodies the core values of nursing and serves as an inspiration to all. Her leadership has made a lasting impact on her peers, our patients, and the entire organization.
