As a patient, this was my second total knee replacement. Advanced Home Health provided care at my home after my first knee replacement. When talking with my orthopedic surgeon, I asked if Advanced would be coming to my home once again for in-home health care after my surgery. I was granted my wish! The day of my surgery, I received a call from Jaycee from Advanced Home Health to set up a visit at my home. First impressions are a vital key to any business’s success. Jaycee deserves three gold stars for her efforts in helping. First star for taking the time to have my wife and me visit with her and briefly share her story with us. This created a very warm introduction. This is a great people skill. The second star should be given for her suggestions in providing information that could help with my outpatient physical therapy. This is great industry knowledge. The third star should be for her knowledge of post-surgery care, such as treating swelling and promoting healing after the surgery itself. This showed her knowledge of her medical background. When Jaycee returned to the process of releasing me from home health care to outpatient therapy, she once again took the time to make sure that all was well. Thanks to Jaycee and all of the people at Advanced Home Health for their service and care.
