I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Nurse Jay, who went above and beyond caring for our 6-week-old daughter during our stay in the pediatric unit at UNM Carrie Tingley. From the moment we arrived, she demonstrated an unmatched level of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism, turning what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience into one filled with warmth, reassurance, and exceptional care.
What set Nurse Jay apart was her ability to make every patient and family feel seen, heard, and valued.
