Jason provided excellent care going above and beyond normal job duties. Jason has a very pleasant demeanor and is patient, kind, and sincere. He enjoys his job and truly cares about his patients.
This was my first surgery getting my gall bladder removed. I feel alone because I cannot have family here with me during COVID-19. However, after talking to Jason, I no longer felt I was going through this by myself. He listened and explained everything I was going through and answered my questions.
"How are you feeling?" is how he greets me as he walks in the door. One minute we talk about probiotics and the next visit from Jason is a surprise because he is bringing me peach flavored Oikos yogurt. He has added the leg massages at least three times to my legs to provide circulation. He has refilled my water bottle and explained every medication I was receiving. He is very professional yet talks to you like you are a member of his own family. He makes you feel like you can conquer what you have been through and come out stronger. Timely care is very important after surgery. Thanks.
