Jasmine Smalls, RN

I would like to express my family’s sincere gratitude and appreciation to Jasmine, one of the nurses on the ICU floor, for the exceptional care she provided to my mother, Delores Goins.

My mother was frightened and overwhelmed after being admitted, especially because we didn’t yet know if she had suffered a stroke, and she was unable to speak. During such a difficult and emotional time, Jasmine went above and beyond to make my mother feel safe, cared for, and understood.

Jasmine took the time to help my mother communicate by writing out her needs when she couldn’t speak. She ensured every medication was administered on time, checked on her frequently, and stayed attentive to her comfort and well-being. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism never went unnoticed.

Jasmine is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely dedicated to her patients. She treated my mother with dignity, respect, and heartfelt compassion, and our family is deeply grateful for everything she did. Nurses like Jasmine make an extraordinary difference during some of the hardest moments in a family’s life.

Please extend our heartfelt thanks and recognition to Jasmine. She is truly an outstanding nurse, and we need more healthcare professionals like her.
