Jasmine provided an extraordinary level of care to my husband while he was in the ICU. Jasmine took the time to focus on my husband’s needs, helping him remain as pain-free as possible during his stay. She frequently checked on him, asking if he was doing okay or if there was anything she could do to make him more comfortable.

She paid close attention to how often he needed his pain regimen and made sure he stayed on track as needed, always checking with him first. We felt a sense of safety and assurance knowing Jasmine was caring for him, especially when I could not be there the entire day.

She also made sure to follow up with him or with me on any issues that the doctors needed to be aware of. For instance, when his PEG tube started leaking and having issues, she promptly notified the doctors, and they recommended the necessary replacement to address the problem.

We are truly grateful for her attentiveness to her patients, especially when something may or may not seem like an issue. It’s so important that those things get looked at by the right team and addressed as needed. For that, we are very grateful, and your team is better because of her.
