This Nurse is a rare example of what it means to have dedicated commitment in ones profession.
They were my nurse for 4 out of 5 days. Having had many hospital visits in my life, I find some Nurses just do it for the pay, and others were born with a gift of comfort, support, and the ability to bring a smile to the sick. This Nurse is a gifted person. My Nurse was always happy, encouraging, and tender. Went above the call of duty. My Nurse listened to my concerns and was always available when needed. I never felt like I was a bother. Making every possible effort to make sure I was comfortable. When walking down the hall, they would pop their head in to get a thumbs up or down. This Nurse is Extraordinary. There should be more Nurses like this.

I acknowledge this Nurse as outstanding and an exceptional individual. My Nurse engaged themselves with my acute situation and took personal interest in me, and gave me the comfort level that was needed to support me through my acute crisis. The Nurse explained things to me about my medical problems in a comforting way to satisfy my questioning doubts. My Nurse has a high degree of proficiency in everything. Caring medically, outstanding character, and exceptional ability, who is nothing but deserving to be nominated as an extraordinary nurse. This Nurse is a rare example of what it means to have dedicated commitment in ones profession. I thank the Nurse for their continued effort and outstanding care, which in turn brought about a more positive outcome in my situation.

Breaking my hip, going through rehab, and being sent home. My first night home, I was sent to the hospital, where I ended up at Wellington Regional Medical Center. I looked forward to seeing the Nurse that was attending me. My Nurses’ excellent care and cheerful disposition were like medicine to me! My Nurse advised other Nurses just some of the difficulties I was experiencing, attributed to the results of my diagnosis. This Nurse deserves heartfelt appreciation for all they have done for other patients and me. Truly a person who has earned praise. They should be honored for their dedication.
