She is a strong advocate for our patients and works tirelessly to ensure they feel safe, supported, and respected. Recently, during a patient's mental health crisis in the clinic, Janise remained calm and immediately stepped in to manage the situation, prioritizing the safety of both patients and staff while ensuring the individual received appropriate care. Her quick thinking and decisive actions helped keep the entire clinic safe during a very stressful moment.
