Nomination #1:
Janice has always been a leader. She goes out of her way to help all of the nurses on the unit. I have felt extremely lucky and fortunate to have her as my preceptor. I see daily how much of an impact she has on her patients. She truly advocates for her patients. This unit would not be the same without her. I can't think of anyone who deserves this award more than her.
Nomination #2:
Janice consistently goes above and beyond to care for our patients. Whenever us residents notice that something is off with the fetal heart tracing, Janice is already in the room fixing it. She anticipates every next step and thus our team flow is effortless. She is the BEST cheerleader for our patients during deliveries and she makes everyone around her feel safe and cared for.
