Janet is very kind, caring, and compassionate. Our Mom was a patient at MercyOne New Hampton Family Medicine for many years. She had many health concerns, some of which needed immediate attention at times. Janet was an important part of her life journey by helping us get what mom needed quickly. Janet helped us keep Mom at home and reach the great age of 89. She helped us in many ways, talking with her provider and getting mom the medication or any services we needed, like Home Health and Hospice. Janet was always there for us! She always puts her patients, families, and team members first! We will always remember Janet & her kindness in taking such wonderful care of our mom. Janet is and always will always be our Mom's Guardian Angel. MercyOne is very fortunate to have such a wonderful person on their team!
