I will never forget her name or her face, much less the way she cared for me
I went to the hospital because I couldn’t feel my baby moving. Unfortunately, there was no longer a heartbeat. They induced labor and brought on contractions.

I started to have a very high fever and diarrhea. My nurse, Janet, cleaned me constantly because of the diarrhea. She would go and check on me frequently to make sure I wasn’t dirty. She would clean one side, and when she finished, the diarrhea would start again, and she would have to start cleaning me again. She took care of me like a mother takes care of her daughter, with love and dedication.

She helped me with anything I needed. Of all the times I’ve been to hospitals, I’ve never met someone so dedicated to their work, someone who really loves their profession. I had my baby, and she did everything on her own while we waited for the doctors. She removed my baby and took beautiful pictures of my little boy. I was devastated by the loss of my baby. But she made me feel strong.

I thank God so much for putting her in my path and for her being my nurse. There are no words to describe how grateful my husband and I are to her. I will never forget her name or her face, much less the way she cared for me. An excellent person, very kind and humble.

Thank you for everything, Janet. May God always bless you!
