Jancy Scaria, Ms.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Nurse Jancy Scaria, who cared for me during the night. She was really, really good with me attentive, gentle, and extremely caring. She treated me with so much kindness and respect, and her calm and compassionate manner made a very difficult night much easier for me. I truly felt safe and well looked after under her care. She is an exceptional nurse, and I am very grateful to her for everything she did for me. She was 5 stars
In one of the most difficult moments of my life, when I was in the ICU after giving birth, I found an unexpected source of strength — my midwife, Jancy.
I was a new mother, weak, scared, and overwhelmed. Everything was new to me: the pain, the emotions, the responsibility of a tiny life depending on me. I didn’t know what to expect, and I felt lost between machines, doctors, and long nights.
But she was there.
From the very first day, she didn’t treat me like just another patient. She treated me like a sister. She took care of my baby with so much love and patience, and at the same time, she took care of me — emotionally and physically.
In the ICU, where I expected to feel alone, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported. Because of her, my first days as a mother were not only about pain and fear, but also about kindness, hope, and human connection.
I came to the HDU for admission, and the care she gave was superb. She even went beyond her duties and prayed with me, counseled me, and encouraged me. She has great experience and is deeply invested in everything she does, and I thank God for a person like this at the hospital.

You clearly escalated all the patient's concerns immediately and provided excellent, high-quality, patient-centered care.
