Janae L Zimmerman, RN

Janae is a great asset to our BHU team at Ephrata. She is an excellent charge nurse and role model. Janae is able to maintain a calm and kind demeanor even during the most stressful situations. Janae has had multiple difficult shifts that have been physically, mentally, and emotionally draining and she continues to maintain a positive attitude for her team and her patients. Janae establishes good rapport with even our most difficult patients. She has excellent de-escalation skills with our patients. Janae takes great care of our patients and is also fun to work with. When you are on shift with Janae, you know the tasks will get completed throughout the day while also maintaining a fun work environment for patients and staff. Janae deserves recognition for all of her hard work, especially during very difficult shifts.
