Jana provided very good patient care when the patient needed to transfer out for S.A.N.E. Services. Our facility is not equipped to handle S.A.N.E. patients and their needs at this time. Considering the patient's situation and limited resources, Jana handled the situation very professionally. Jana exhibited excellent patient care in a sensitive situation. Furthermore, the patient was a young adult and did not have a support system, so Jana provided the necessary support. Jana worked meticulously with the criminal team to ensure all needed evidence and processes were followed. Jana worked "out of her scope" to ensure the patient was well cared for, along with respecting the sensitive situation. Jana also did work to contact local facilities that the patient could transfer to for S.A.N.E. Services. I was very grateful for the assistance Jana provided, especially for the patient.
