Jamie Fernanders came in and was so nice and upbeat. She is exemplary in her position. Thank you for taking such great care of me during my time in the ED.

My grandmother had to go to the ER. She fell, and Jamie Fernanders was the absolute best. She spoke to my grandmother just like she was her grandmother. I came into the ED feeling horrible. Jamie was so wonderful to me and my husband, who came with
