Jamie was wonderful from beginning to end! She was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and demonstrated advocacy for me with the medical team to ensure that I received a timely decision and that my wishes were heard. When we found out that Jamie travels to several other Jefferson Hospitals, my family and I were even more impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail, as she was able to make me feel like more than just another patient. Even in a stressful environment like the Emergency Room, Jamie personifies the compassionate care that Jefferson is and should continue to be known for!
