James was an incredibly comforting voice as we waited for my grandmother to pass away. My family's biggest concern was her care and James told my father, who was spending the night, such assuring words. He said, "We are here to help you however we can." This meant checking on my grandma often. He also spoke to my grandma with love, even though she had almost passed away, even calling her "sweetheart." My family is so appreciative of his kindness and concern. Thank you.
