While I was in the Ft Meade ICU with my heart problem, I had James as my nurse. He did a great job explaining everything that was being done to me. James took time to describe what all the numbers on the monitor were for, all the wires he put on me, as well as the different medications and dosages they were trying and making changes to in order to get a good fit for my heart.

James kept me informed about it all throughout my days in the ICU. He also treated me with kindness and dignity, with all that needed to be done. It takes a team to keep things running well, and James did a wonderful job informing me of who was coming and what they would be doing. James was just as kind and respectful to my family when they came. He kept them well informed on what took place while they were gone and what would be happening next.

James is a blessing to have taking care of us.
