This is not the first time I noticed, but I decided now to just say thank you. Jalisa always greets me and is always helpful to me as an employee and to patients. It can be hard juggling patients, charting, family members, and giving meds, but Jalisa always goes out of her way. Even if she’s exhausted or cranky, you would never know.

I just appreciate her for always being kind and giving grace. Whenever I'm drawing blood or just passing by, I see her giving care and going above and beyond for patients. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your kind and genuine character. Thank you for being respectful even when I stop you in the middle of a task.
