"When caring for my grandfather, Nurse Nelson went above and beyond to provide him not just with basic care but with comfort and passionate care. It was not just to her patient, but his family as well, who were going through a rough time. She made me and my family laugh through our tears. She made him comfortable and at ease.

When he passed, Ms. Nelson was there to provide quiet comfort and support. It was one of the worst days, made a bit better by her presence. I happily and easily nominate Jalani Nelson for this honor, and with our family’s gratitude!"
