My wife was scheduled for outpatient surgery. Jake introduced himself to us & explained what he would be doing. He asked if my wife would like any specific music. She said she would imagine being in Hawaii, so he found some music for her. Surgery went well; however, due to low oxygen levels, we had to stay overnight. The next day, while waiting to receive the ok to check out, Jake came by the room to see how my wife was doing. He stayed a while to talk with us. He made us both feel like we were part of the family here.
