I was diagnosed with sarcoma at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC). My treatment journey included two major surgeries followed by six cycles of chemotherapy. It was an extremely challenging time, but what eased my suffering was the exceptional care I received from the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers at KHCC. Among them, I would especially like to recognize the Clinical Nurse Coordinator “Jafar” in the Sarcoma Clinic for his extraordinary compassion and dedication.

Jafar is a kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable nurse who consistently provides outstanding care. His genuine concern made a remarkable difference in my experience. He explained each phase of treatment in ways that were easy to understand, helping me feel reassured and supported. He coordinated admissions, discharges, and follow-up processes with remarkable efficiency, ensuring that every step of my journey was safe and seamless.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Jafar went far beyond expectations. He collaborated closely with other healthcare providers to support improved outcomes, monitored my test results, reminded me of appointments, and guided me through every requirement for imaging and procedures. He listened attentively, answered my questions promptly, and he made me feel cared for, as if I were one of his own. His compassionate presence and smile brought comfort during the most challenging times.

Jafar’s dedication had no limits. Whether explaining how to continue care at home or ensuring my safety during treatment, Jafar’s commitment was unwavering. His exceptional commitment to patient safety, compassionate care, and professional excellence exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding nurse.
