Jaden Spivey, BSN, RN

Special thanks to Nurse Jaden Spivey. My husband is currently hospitalized in the ICU at Virginia Hospital, and unfortunately, his condition has not been good. During this very difficult and painful time for our family, all of the nurses who have cared for him have been wonderful, and I truly appreciate every one of them. However, I want to give a special thank you to Nurse Jaden Spivey. From the moment Jaden cared for my husband, I never felt like I was simply speaking with a nurse. Jaden was so kind, compassionate, patient, and hardworking that I honestly felt like I was talking to a member of my own family. Jaden not only took excellent care of my husband; Jaden also gave me emotional support during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I was extremely worried and emotionally overwhelmed because of my husband's condition, and Jaden's kindness, patience, and reassuring presence gave me strength and comfort. I am truly proud and grateful for the way Jaden works and treats patients and their families. People like Jaden are a blessing to their patients and to their families. I will never forget the kindness and compassion Jaden showed us during such a difficult time. Thank you, Jaden, from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness meant more to me than I can put into words.
