SSg Genita has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership skills in his role as an assistant ward master. He seamlessly coordinates with his team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. His ability to inspire and motivate his colleagues has significantly contributed to the positive morale and cohesiveness of the unit.
