Walking in the door that morning was nerve-racking. However, during my intake, the lovely lady at the desk was calming and very cordial. The intake process with Shirley was like a ray of sunshine. After that, the sky opened up, and I met nurse Jacquie Bell.

There was a moment of complete calm. Her role as a pre-op nurse is hands-down the best I have ever met in my limited experience prior to pre-surgery. Her bedside manner is very comforting and soothing. I was calm and ready for my procedure. Her professional posture from start to finish is impeccable while remaining friendly and efficient.
