Jacquelyn was more than patient and understanding of my fear and pain when I needed an extra set of hands to keep me still for a process. She helped me to remain as calm as possible when I was terrified and never made me feel judged for my reaction to fear. She helped me breathe and get through the process. Furthermore, she made me feel comforted and actually understood, and calmed my nerves after the fact. She really listened to me to understand my past trauma, and why it made the process I was going through so scary and painful. She was very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed before she left. She is an exemplary representative of good healthcare, and amazing work ethic/people skills. 10/10 person!
