There is no one event that stands out, it is Jacqueline's everyday dedication to her position and her patients. Jacqueline attends events of our pediatric patients such as school plays and recitals, as well as funerals and wakes for patients and their family members. This cements Jacqueline's role as not just a member of a healthcare team, but a truly caring individual.
The work that Jacqueline does that is unseen by the patients is also phenomenal. She ensures that parents receive timely phone calls to answer their questions and concerns for their children. While in the office, she greets the patients with a smile and a familiar greeting, because she truly knows and cares for her patients. She knows nicknames and backgrounds, which sport the child is trying out for and what colleges the kids are going to. She follows up on labs and imaging and ensures that the patient is getting the proper follow up. She is also a nurturing preceptor for our new employees. She makes others feel comfortable coming to her when they have a question and is able to answer it in a way that is understandable.
