At 76 years old, I have had numerous hospital admissions over the years, and in all that time, I have never met a more knowledgeable, caring, and well-organized professional nurse. I truly cannot say enough good things about Jackie. She consistently went above and beyond, and her compassion and expertise made a meaningful difference in my care.
