During my stay, Jackie was a constant source of comfort and reassurance. She was the nurse who got me settled in my room and showed me how to handle myself in the bathroom and in bed. I am so glad and thankful she was assigned to me! She is an excellent example of Baptist’s approach to patient care. She followed the tenets of purposeful rounding and didn’t leave my side until I was comfortable! As many people as I have visited in the hospital, I didn’t realize how important it is to have a nurse like Jackie until it was me in the bed. Her kindness never felt forced. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and patient. Because of Jackie, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Baptist! She is to be celebrated! I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed throughout my stay. God Bless Jackie!
