Our son was in a horrific car accident and was the passenger in the car. He was brought to NCMC for emergency medical care and life-saving measures. During one of the first nights, he was in the ICU, Jacqueline took the time to be kind to his very worried family members.

Jacqueline was soft and kind and so understanding of the situation. She conducted herself so professionally throughout her time with all of us. In a moment, our son’s life changed, and Jacqueline was sincere and genuine with him, giving him the most compassion and care. She was such a blessing on a dark night.
