Not only did he keep it updated, but he added his own thoughtful touches – including the times he planned to return. It was such a small detail, but it reflected his commitment to excellent communication and care. His whiteboard use should honestly be held up as a best practice throughout the hospital. We felt so much trust and appreciation for Jacob. His quiet excellence, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience on the postpartum unit something we’ll always remember.
