I had to have anesthesia prior to my MRI today, and Jacob was my nurse. I was so nervous because I was being sedated for the procedure, but he went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable and at ease before my exam. He gave me my gown, laid it out so I wouldn't have to struggle to put it on, and got me a warm blanket. He also listened to me; I had a double mastectomy and cannot be stuck in my right arm or have my blood pressure taken. He immediately went and placed a pink limb alert band on me to keep me safe. He started my IV, and it had to go in a sensitive part of my arm, and he used the Doppler machine to find my vein. He walked me through the entire process and was so gentle; it didn't even hurt! When I came back to recovery, he checked in on my husband and me and was just so extremely nice. He is a very compassionate and caring nurse who listens to his patients. I was very impressed and pleased with my nursing care and experience. I'd let him take care of my family and me again any day!
