Jack Cherry, FNP

A patient wrote: "I came to see Mr. Cherry yesterday. He was extremely thorough in his exam and really listened to me. Then, I had a flat tire on my new car when I drove up, and it was parked out in valet parking in front of the main building. Mr. Cherry changed the tire for me, and it was so hot, but he insisted on doing it so I wouldn't have to use AAA and tow to Honda Ft. Worth. With some assistance from the security guard and one of the valet folks, he changed the tire, and it wasn't easy! I am just overwhelmed and want to sing him praises. I am now comfortable seeing him every time my PCP is not available!"

This act speaks volumes about Jack's character and his commitment to serving others. He consistently provides excellent clinical care and demonstrates genuine compassion and a willingness to go above and beyond for his patients. Taking the time to help someone in need, especially in the Texas heat, is not something we would expect of a provider, and it's certainly not something everyone would offer. Jack's actions exemplify service excellence and reflect the kind of patient-centered care we strive to deliver every day. We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team, and this patient's feedback is a wonderful reminder of the positive impact he has on those he serves.
